    I really like Lazalo’s program but I don’t wanna be spending 2 times a day at the gym. I’ve found going to the gym 6 days a week works really well with me.

    I wanna work on my delts and arms and spend 6 days a week at the gym.

    Could I combine the first AM and PM and run every other workout on the other days? Would that work?

    So with the delts program could I do something like this?

    Push Pull Delts Lower Push Pull
    Delts Lower Push Pull Delts Lower

    And then repeat that for the rest of the program? Would that work?

    Or maybe as well I could add an arm day to make it a 5 day split. I’d be fine with that. Would that work?
