Hello. I’m new to the app. I’ve been cutting for a couple months and still have about 10 pounds to go before I’m comfortable working my way up into a surplus. I’m wanting to run of the programs here but curious if you’d recommend one on a small deficit cutting slowly or if I should just wait until I’m ready to go into a surplus? My legs are by far my weak point and admittedly ive never trained them like I should do I was thinking of running that program.
