ParticipantHey Joe,
What kind of split approach/rest exercise selection approach would you recommend if you only had 45 minutes first thing in the am. Working 14-15 hour days 4 consecutive days per week through this pandemic in the hospital, sleeping 10pm to 4a and wanting to train first thing before working all day. Do I just prioritize rest during work week and only train on days off work? Just trying to get most out of training and trying to find a way to be consistent with training but not feel dog tired on days I have to work.July 21, 2020 at 12:20 pm #21686Joe

ParticipantThank you so much for taking your time to reply. To clarify, currently I’m attempting to drop weight/body fat, I’m sitting around 2100 calories/day lower carb/keto approach (which I’ve found works better for me to help curb overall hunger through the day when I’m unable to eat as frequently). Only other question I’m not sure about is incorporating cardio with my schedule. Current scale weight 227 and around 18-19 percent bodyfat per calipers. Wanting to get to whatever weight lands me at around 12 percent bodyfat. Sorry if this reply seems long-winded…you’ve aapparently rubbed off on me. Lol thanks Joe.
