BWT: 240 Muscle Gain Director of Sales with high travel
Typically I can microwave up the jasmine rice cups for carbs if not actually be able to cook rice or potatoes.
BUT in few occasions I don’t have fridge or microwave, so protein shakes and tuna in a packet BUT for carbs?
Is there a good granola bar or “go-to” carb I should use?

Ground oatmeal in shakes is one I like
I do ground oatmeal in my shakes too. Muscle Feast on Amazon sells big ol’ tubs of it.
