I’m running a the PPL 2. Into the second week and so far really liking how it’s put together. I am dealing with some elbow pain, which has been improving, but still some motions, neutral grip curls (hammers) really bother it alot still. I found another post about using occlusion training in situations like this.
In the case of PPL 2, where hammer curls are programmed. How would you recommend restructuring that exercise with the BFR? In the past, I had use the standard BFR regimen using a weight I could 30 reps with, then 4 sets; 30, 15, 15 and 15.
Right now, I’m doing standard hammers without BFR, it’s not crazy pain but probably more pain than I should if I’m trying to let it heal.
