I have an arm day in my split as I wish to bring them up. Should I use BFR for Arms on my non-arm days or a meat and potatoes movement after push or pull? If so, do I track it for that day only or do I try to beat the logbook on the day I did arms fresh? Or potentially add a different arm movement in on the push or pull day or keep it the same and put the rep range higher? Thank you!
