So I feel my triceps have progressed quite well after following all the cues of your training . I still feel my lateral head is slightly under developed compared to the other 2 heads . Which exercise could bias that more ?
I start with rope pull down , followed by DBskull crushers followed by cable over head extension and sometimes I add dips also .
What could I do different ? Also the Db skull crusher I feel puts a lot of stress on the elbow , what can I replace that by ?
