Bicep peak

    Hi Joe, Bryce,

    I understanding genetics are most likely the reasoning but I have high bicep peaks and didn’t know if I could physically lengthen the muscle more towards the actual elbow joint. (To look more full)

    Would hand position, with supination/pronation determine this?

    Hammer curls better for me?

    You can’t change muscle insertions, tendon lengths. Just keep making them bigger

    What Bryce said. Bigger is your only option.
