    I’m attempting to put together a more arm specific day that focuses on 3-4 key bicep and Tricep exercises that I can superset together. I also don’t want to fall into a redundant pattern. This is where I am

    Biceps
    Preacher curl (whatever variation)
    Hammer Curl (whatever variation)
    Incline Curl (DB or Cable)
    Standard Curls (bb,EZ, DB or Cable

    Triceps
    Cable crossover extensions
    Over head cable extensions (samurai) haha

    But this is where I am stuck. Since the medial head and lateral head are fully shortened an lengthened in any elbow extension/flexion movement. Is there any point to train any thing other than the long head?

    Perhaps add dips?

    Thanks coach. I reviewed your video on the JM press and I think this is what I was looking for. Appreciate your help and advice on both bicep and Tricep options!
