I have been training for 5 years. Arms at their biggest were 16 1/4 and now with being 15 pounds lighter they’re an inch smaller, even though I’ve gotten stronger on the meat and potatoes exercises that you guys recommend (which are great by the way) tension is definitely going to the target muscle. Often times training biceps/triceps with 2-5 working sets every 48 hours. Getting good sleep and nutrition. Anything come to mind that I might be doing wrong? While in a deficit, can lower frequencies be more beneficial?
