So I know this isn’t your actual scope of practice but you have mentioned before in old videos briefly about your personal view on organic produce, certain cosmetics due to xenoestrogens etc etc
I suffer with IBS symptoms and want to create the best environment possible for myself (Now only drinking filtered water, organic foods, limiting plastics etc)
I was wondering what else you would recommend on a purely personal level that may be worth while (understand you can’t say outright as it’s not your profession)…
Was also wondering your opinion on using binders and certain treatments to open pathways and help detoxification… I know we should be detoxing naturally anyway so not sure if this would be a fad or if it would be beneficial I’m some circumstances
