I just had a quick question about blood glucose levels. I got blood work done last week and saw that most of my numbers are normal, but my glucose is sitting at 56 mg/dL, and I’d like to raise it to around 70. It should also be noted that this was after breakfast so the levels should have been elevated to an extent. I never eat candy or sugary drinks/snacks, and don’t have a lot of fast-digesting carbs throughout the day. Is there a nutritional method that I could take to raising my glucose SLIGHTLY, I’m not necessarily wanting to have any form of candy or medication. Thank you!
