Yesterday, I received my blood work.

Based on the results I have been told that I am borderline anaemic (iron levels ok) and should consider lowering fat intake, taking B vitamins etc.

Are there any supplements/dietary products that you would consider adding/removing from a diet?
Has anyone in here dealt with similar problems in the past? What worked, what didn’t, what is a waste of time?

I’ve been on a cycle 3 months ago. Couple weeks ago I did first test and my T levels were low. I decided to redo test but go private to look at everything.

The clinic I went to is bodybuilders friendly so I explained to them my symptoms: Lower libido, chest pains, low motivation, dizzyness etc.

Thoughts I will share it on here to brainstorm ideas.
