    You always hear “get your blood work done”, say 2-4 times a year. It makes a lot of sense to get a baseline then if the various tested elements trend one way or the other take action.

    But never can I find any detail … so what should you be making sure is tested when doing blood work.

    Presumably vitamin and mineral deficiencies, liver and kidney function etc.

    But is the a name or type of test that you need to ask for?
