Yes, I can vouch for blueblox and their glasses. I put mine on 4hrs before I go to sleep. Alongside creating a ‘sleep routine’ they have helped me out a lot.
– No electronics an hour before bed
– Journal/write down any thoughts or ideas so they’re not keeping me thinking
– Cool, pitch black bedroom (I use a sleep mask)
– Earplugs or white noise
– Stop eating/drinking a couple of hours before bed
