Hey Joe,
I’ve recently come off of a cutting diet where I was able to get pretty lean. Now, I’m taking advantage and am trying to intelligently rebound.
I typically eat every 2.5-3 hours. The last couple days I’ve noticed that I have a body heat increase, almost a “hot flash” of sorts, right before my meal times that then peaks directly after finishing eating. From that point on, I cool back down. This is consistently happening for each of my 6 meals.
Any input on what causes this? I don’t necessarily think it’s a bad thing, but I’m definitely curious as to what mechanism could be causing this!?
I appreciate any insight!
