So I am doing a 7 day split focusing on different body parts each day. One of the days of the week I do cardio is a Sprint day which has been having a heavy impact on hamstrings. Would it be too much stress on hamstrings to do legs the same day (though hours apart) or should I spread out my leg day a few days from these Sprint day?
