I wanted to understand, is there something such as body recomposition? My basic understanding is that its a phase during which you will be losing fat and building muscle at the same time … I thought that most people where saying that this isn’t practically and sustainably possible ! But i dont know
My question is what does recomposition mean in the Hypertrophy world and should The individual be in a caloric maintenance, surplus or deficit to achieve that?
