Have completed 24 workouts from the full body focker program. And honestly, this way of weight lifting is becoming a little boring. I don’t know that I’ve seen a ton of progress yet which makes me feel like I should continue with it until I do but also, it’s become so monotonous the past few weeks I’m bored of it. What should I do?
Have you seen progress in terms of weight you are using? Or is the problem with hypertrophy? Anyway building muscle takes a long ass time.. And in terms of enjoyment, you really have to do what you enjoy to keep doing it for years and years. I couldnt do fullbody, I absolutely hate it. PPL and 4 day splits is where its at for me ever since I started. Your next step should be upper lower split or ppl. There is now new ppl 2.0 program too and it has lots of variety. Do what you enjoy and the results will come eventually!
