    First off sorry for the general topic. I am close to finishing up my contest prep. I want advice on growing my upper body this off-season. I have always been an athlete with very great leg development, but I am having issues adding size to my arms and chest. How many days a week would you program these body parts? Would you recommend training legs once a week or Every other?
