I just want to ask a quick question about the program I’m following now, which is the bro split program. Now I did the upper/lower half body program and I was happy with the 4 days of training, some weeks I would add a 5th extra day in (mainly a weak point day which is arms tbh) so that came to an end and I want to change the program because I wasn’t really happy in the end doing chest/back on both same days as I felt so fatigued and I felt shoulders and arms were not really in that program as much as I have liked, so I started the bro program and again I’m finding that with this one now, yes I enjoy working more on body parts on that day given, but I’m doing exercises on the program that are the same for instance it will tell me to high incline machine press, and a high smith incline incline press, or a wide grip Lat pull down and a wide grip pull up. And there is no arm work on chest or back days, which if doing chest id usually finish off with tricep isolations for example.
I am however of reducing my days to 3 days a week to focus on other things, now would the first PPL be ok for that? I want to fit everything in 3 days.
