Broken finger?

    Hi Joe, long time fan, thanks for all the content. Love your stuff!

    I’ve been lifting for 4-5 years and was beginning to get serious with bodybuilding… and now I’ve broken my finger. I have a six week healing period and I’m wondering, what should my priorities be? I’m eating at maintenance, and replacing what exercises I can with equivalents using wrist cuffs to keep my fingers out of the equation, with pretty good results (no pain). But keen for your view on how I should be approaching things.

    Thanks man. I was on a cut, gone back to maintenance while the finger heals, just trying to preserve as much mass as I can in the meantime
