I’ve been lifting for 4-5 years and was beginning to get serious with bodybuilding… and now I’ve broken my finger. I have a six week healing period and I’m wondering, what should my priorities be? I’m eating at maintenance, and replacing what exercises I can with equivalents using wrist cuffs to keep my fingers out of the equation, with pretty good results (no pain). But keen for your view on how I should be approaching things.
