    Been training to my own push pull legs program but have decided to give BroPertrophy program a go. Nearly thru my first week and have a question.
    All exercises have the lowest reps for the first set with 0 RIR. Do I use lighter weight for the following sets which are more reps but still 0 RIR ? ie first sets are the heaviest

    Hi Bryce- had the same question as Mark so glad I found the response. However, how would you recommend warming up given your direction on first sets in this program. If there is somewhere you can point me rather than regurgitation of already posted info please feel free.
