When you are trying to put on lean tissue how much cardio is to much before it starts to tax the muscle your trying to put on.I’m a 47 and in menopause it is so hard to build muscle I’m consuming 1900 calories maybe I should do more? But I’m trying to be sculpted as well my upper body is tight no complaints besides trying to grow lol my lower body could lose some body fat that’s why I do peloton 2 to 3 days a week and I also walk on the stair master after a workout for 20 minutes but no matter what I do my body doesn’t seem to want to change. Holding you can give me some insight . I’m a trainer and as you know we need to look the part . One more thing woman going through menopause or premenopausal there isn’t a lot of information out there.
