    I know this topic has been appearing more in the fitness industry and I just wanted a more knowledgeable persons opinion on the subject. I want to put on muscle that much is true but I also enjoy being a little bit on the leaner side. All in all I was just wondering if you think that it’s achievable for someone whose been training and eating consistently well for 5 years to make any kind of progress without a caloric surplus.
