Just read the question about strength imbalance that someone else asked few days ago and just wanted to add to it.
I have a similar issue when I train that my left side is a lot stronger than my right side whether it’s strength, pumpness, mind muscle connection or just overall hypertrophy of muscles. However, I’m a right side dominant person meaning I do things with my right side more, the muscle imabalancement is caused by poor sitting posture since a teen, which also caused a certain degree of anterior pelvic tilt.
Is this something I should be worried about and have it treated? And regarding to my muscle imbalancement, would it be a good idea to train an extra set with my right side body to match to progress?
