Bulk or cut

    As a natural lifter at 22 years old. Been training for 6 years. I have been at 10% BF before and recently bulked up to around 15% and now maybe at 12-13 ish percent— pictured below. Knowing that now is the best time in my age to put on muscle but I still want to be lean for the summer. Should I cut back down to 10% and then bulk back to 15% and just keep repeating process. Or where I am at now should I just be in a slight deficit and just slowly and slowly add weight? And if I get around 16-17% I maybe do a mini cut and then keep going. Or am I overestimating how lean I am right now and just need to cut down first haha.
