I currently weigh 190 lbs (87kg) and my main goal for this year is to put on more muscle mass and increase the size of my chest, which I think it’s my weakest muscle group (size wise). So based on my current shape, should I slightly increase the calories? Or should I stay at maintenance? I’ve been logging my workouts for the past weeks and I can say that strength wise I’m not really getting stronger; however, I can train for over 2 hours without a problem. I’m currently training around 6 times a week (3 days on, 1 off, then 3 days on again) and eating 2900 calories a day. I’m tracking my sleep too and on a bad day I still get over 6 hours of sleep (weekly average 7 hours or so). People in the gym are telling me that I look way better than before, but personally I don’t see myself getting bigger + that the weight doesn’t seem to go up or down so I’ve been stuck at around 87- 88 kg for a while now. Do you guys think that the reason why my weight stay the same its because I’m gaining muscle and losing fat? Not sure
