I finished the fullbody 2.0 and now looking to progress to the better half program.
– While doing fullbody 2.0 I ate at maintenance the whole time.
– Now I’m wondering if I should continue do this or maybe go in slight bulk (e.g 100-200 calories above maintenance).
– Or maybe even cut to around 10% body fat to facilitate the bulk? I would estimate I’m at 15% body fat right now.
Now I’m looking for some guidance on how to continue (apart from focusing on the big things, such as form, recovery etc)
What’s the coaches opinion?
Bulk, cut or recomp (maintenance)?
