Last year was the first time I bulked and without tracking macros and just eating as much as I could. Gained a lot of fat. This year I tracked everything, carb cycled, and was gaining about a pound or two every week/2 weeks. Up about 20 pounds since I started the bulk now but similarly to when I dirty bulked I feel that the bulk of my mass/or fat gained goes to everywhere but my arms. Regardless if I add more volume, have a designated arms day, etc I don’t see much growth and there reasonably cut for how much weight I’ve put on. Just any advice or anything you recommend that maybe I’m doing wrong.
