Hey Joe and Bryce!
I have a question regarding how bulking should be performed with respect to time. Right now, I’m am bulking from 140-150, or at least that is the goal for now. I have the bulk planned out over a 15 week period and I’m 12 weeks into it, sitting at 146. I’m a little behind, so me question is do you think it is better to continue the bulk for as many weeks as it takes to reach your goal weight, so maybe extending the bulk to 20 weeks just to hit the 150 weight, or should I stop the bulk at 15 weeks as planned and cut from whatever body weight I end at? I just think that if I don’t get to 150 and start cutting after 15 weeks I’ll just go back to the weight I was at originally, 140. Thanks!
