    Hey HC Fam,

    I’m a 30 year old guy, about a 191lbs and 5’9. I dont know my body fat %, it’s probably 12-15% I’d say. I tried to use those Electronic Bluetooth scales that calculate your body fat, body water, etc. it said 22% fat but I know that can’t be right, I don’t have flab on my stomach like that.

    I been lifting and training for 9 years now about. Just a basic background.


    So for a diet in trying to add size and muscle with a clean bulk, what would a good range of calories be? \

    I have been aiming for 3,200 calories + a day. The main make up of my diet is chicken, beef, or seafood/fish with large sides of vegetables 100 grams+ most times of each item. So I’d eat anywhere about 300-450grams of food in one sitting.

    My job doesn’t permit to be able to eat 6-8 meals a day, so I have to fit in 3 big ass meals a day. I read too many different variations of diets online and watched too many YouTube videos that I can’t seem to knit-pick what is good for a gaining diet and what isn’t.

    Any suggestions to what a good macro range would be ? I use the MyFitnessPal app to track what I can as accurately as possible

    I work as a Butcher/Meat cutter so proteins isn’t an issue. It’s just knowing how much to eat, what to eat and when/what time.
