Hi! So I’ve started bulking a few weeks ago and for some reason I still feel quite weak (My strength doesn’t seem to go up at all). Even though I’m currently eating 3300 calories a day (sometimes even 3400 or so), I think somethings not working. Everytime I step on the scale I seem to always weigh around 86 to 88 kg (weight varies a lot sometimes not really sure why). I don’t know if I should increase my calories even more or not. I’m currently in university and apart from training 5 to 6 times a week (2 hour sessions, sometimes longer), I don’t do much exercise. I go to work twice a week and to university once or twice, but apart from that I’m not really that active. Therefore I’m not sure if I should increase my calories even more based on my activity level. My aim was to gain around half a pound to 1lbs every week. When I started I was roughly 88kg and my target was 91 kg at the end of my bulk.
