Hey Coach – is it preferential to move exactly through the sequence of exercises? Finding more and more that benches or equipment isn’t available when I’m ready. Been just moving through the workout best i can while still getting within appropriate rir but definitely know depending on what i do in the order of the workout from week to week the weights will change and linear progression changes as a result. Is just making sure I’m in that appropriate failure range and intensity as a gauge more important than the order? (I also always try to make sure i do compounds first it’s generally the rest.) Let me know if this really matters all that much. Appreciate you!
