I am a assistant personal training manager at the number 1 crunch fitness location in the world. I have to train clients while managing the club . I find it impossible to balance work / fitness goals. My biggest obstacle is getting all of my calories in for how active I am. I find it hard to gain weight in the first place .
I guess my question is what would you recommend to do to be able to get the highest calorie meals in , in short time but still keeping it healthy . I hired a coach 2 months ago and they had me on 5 meals and I could never get 5 meals in. I struggle to even get 4 in now. So I had to stop the service.
Any input would be great.
