    Hey guys, been working through the Butt Stuff program and it feels like especially with the banded romanians on pull, followed by the seated and lying ham curls on lower, its quite a lot of stress on my hamstrings. Also I would say I’m already fairly hamstring dominant and would like to bring up my quads. If I wanted to say swap the seated or lying ham curls on the lower day to something quad or glute related like leg extensions or barbell bridges would this be a good idea? Do you have any suggestions for replacements? Or should I just keep it as is
