ParticipantHi Joe,
The program has banded barbell RDL’s listed on both glute day and again on pull day which would be right before lower body day. I would usually be hesitant to do any type of deadlift the day before a leg day so I wanted to ask if these days were meant to be done back to back or in another order or if you’d advise a rest day between the pull and lower days.
I’m curious and would like to understand the programming. Thanks a lot,

ParticipantGot it, thank you.
I definitely understand not programming off days since people can’t always stick to the same days of the week and such. I was mostly curious on your take in general here in terms of programming similar muscle groups on back to back days for most people. Granted recovery can vary so I get that it’s individual.
This just gave me a flashback of when my girlfriend was duped into signing up for (terrible) training at a (terrible) commercial gym and they had her do conventional deadlifts for the very first time on the day before her own scheduled leg day and I almost lost my mind.
I also wanted to add in a dedicated arm day for myself after the lower body day / before glutes and turn this into a 5 day split.
I know I can add an additional workout in the app each individual week, but is there a way to make this recur for every week of the program?

ParticipantThanks for the updates.
I have a slightly different question now.
I needed to follow the glute day with a pull day this week and because of that I did a back & bicep workout to replace the pull day from the program.
Is there a way to delete the programmed pull day from a certain week?I did this because I didn’t want to repeat RDLs 2 days in a row.
I realize I’m essentially not following the program to a T anymore so it’s my own problem, but it looks like I have to log the programmed pull day no matter what.January 27, 2022 at 6:32 pm #238520Joe

But we have two updates in progress to fix this. So be the end of next week you’ll be able to completely build program/edit programs.
