I plan on doing the Butt Stuff program as I am looking to increase my leg/core/hip strength and size and I was looking through it and had a quick question.
I noticed that beginning on week 9.. the bottom “pump” section.. are those supersets that I’m supposed to do at the end of the first 4 workouts? Or are those additional workouts I do?
Sorry if this is a dumb or ignorant question.
I notice they are A1-6 so I’m not sure how I’m supposed to interpret that. It’s going to be my first time doing one of your programs.
