    Hi Guys,

    I’m working through PPL 2.0 and I see a lot of cuff/cross cable work that seems to be optimised for a narrow cable machine. The cables in my gym are more like 14 feet apart, is it essentially just a case of finding the right angle or am I better doing different exercises optimised for the wider cables?

    Advice greatly appreciated. Loving the programme.

    Thanks Bryce, I will give some unilateral work a try and think I may actually benefit from some more conscious bracing. Appreciate the reply.
