    Hi guys..

    Just wondering if I’m splitting hairs but when finding your active range of motion for the lat..are you keeping your shoulders retracted back and down and then externally rotate raising the arm to find the end range..and work through that position…or out protracted..doing the same..just kinda natural…if that makes sense…I’ve seen varying ways so just wanted to get some insight. I hope that makes sense
