What would be advantage to one arm pulldowns compared to cable rope pullovers?
Personally what I have been doing with one arm pulldowns is starting from the side and then turning more towards the cable in contracted position, the way doug brignole does them. Have used your style also, facing fully to the cable.
When facing to the cable I find I like cable rope pullover more because it basically does the same thing with more stability and in less time (I dont have douple adjustable pulleys or good medium grip or machines) weight on one arm pulldowns also getting pretty heavy to stabilize correctly.
