Hi guys, couldn’t find this in the forum so
apologies if this has been answered.
I only have access to ‘wider cables’ such as the image which are quite a lot wider then the usual dual cable machine you use. For a lot of dual arm exercises such as the tricep work and bicep work in PPL or Anti-Flamingo and probably a lot of other programs this narrower cable machine is used.
Can a wider cable machine be used and what tweaks in set up should you look out for to achieve the same effect? For example would a further stance suffice? Or would you just use a one arm variation?
