I know you guys can’t diagnose anything and I don’t expect it; just curious if you/your athletes have ever experienced this. For the last 3ish weeks my calves have felt like theyre torn up from the inside, and it hurts especially during full depth squats. Didn’t have any injury event and didnt change anything (always warmed up legs extremely dilligently, controlled ecc, etc). Would it be better to take time off legs completely and see if that helps? Or cut out hack/pendulum and stick with stuff that doesnt hurt (leg extensions, leg curls, even squat press if I can)
