    Hey I just started the half body program . I’m basically have turnip / turkey legs . Decent sized quads and flutes but wanna build my vmo and calves . Should I add calves to the end of my upper or lower days . Thanks

    I’d add them to upper. And if they are really a priority, do them at the start of the session
