Calves are a priority for me. I train them as frequently as I can as long as they are recovered (usually about 3 times /week). That being said, if my calves feel fully recovered but it is a scheduled off day, would it be better to train just calves on that “off day”. Or should I keep the “off day” without any training and then start with calves on the next “training day.” I realize this may be splitting hairs but I would appreciate your input.

On a separate note, I’m loving all of the garage workouts you’ve been posting on this site and your instagram page. Really great stuff!
