    This may have been asked before, but you can expect muscle loss during a cut right? I’m at a 500 calorie deficit daily and training about 5 times a week, but also eating 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Just wondering if there’s anything else I can do to reduce muscle loss. Thanks!
