    Hi, I’m a big fan of calorie cycling eating less on rest days and eating large on days i workout. Is there a max span of calories you should stay within before it becomes detrimental for building muscle? Im currently doing -10% on rest days and +40% on workout days and was wondering if this might be too big of a span.
