Hi! I’m a 15 year old whos around 6 foot 3 inches and 84kg. I’ve been training seriously for around half a year. Thus far I’ve only “dirty bulked” meaning I haven’t really tracked anything but have been eating relatively healthy and a lot. For the past few years I’ve been around 22% body fat if I had to guess. I’m nowhere near obese but I have love handles and so on. I would love to cut but there the general idea is that teenagers shouldn’t cut since we’re still growing. I see this as a valid point but wanted to hear your thoughts.
Would you still recommend this even if I’m bulking? I’m putting on every week quite a bit so I’m presuming some of it has to be fat. Would just upping activity and eating a bit less be a good idea for fat loss at my age?
