I am currently in a calorie deficit for fat loss and weigh in weekly to track, I have just started supplementing with creatine so I’m expecting the scales to go up now because of this. should I stop weighing myself now and just look for visual physical progress instead or what would you recommend, I was thinking I’d still need weigh myself to ensure my macros are correct for a calorie deficit using the diet planner, but then thinking this would be a skewed measurement anyways due to the creatine gain
