    Hey guys, great app and content. Learning so much. I’m 39, 5’10 190 sitting at 20% bf. BMR is around 1900 calories. How low should I go into a deficit to get down a few percentage of bf without affecting training progression with my current program PPL? Any advice would be appreciated. Keep up the great work!!
